New Microsoft 365 Knowledge Hub launched!

A new Microsoft 365 Knowledge Hub has been launched providing access to free online courses and learning resources to boost your Microsoft skills.

The new Microsoft 365 Knowledge Hub has been developed as part of a Cheshire and Merseyside programme of work, delivered by NHS Informatics Merseyside, to ensure health and social care colleagues across the region are getting the most benefit from the digital apps and tools within Microsoft 365.

Once registered, you will be able to:

Browse a catalogue of Microsoft 365 online courses covering apps including Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, Planner, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Sway, Teams, Word and more.
Access step-by-step training guides including useful hints and tips.
Explore case studies on how Microsoft 365 is being used across the region to improve ways of working and delivering care.
Join a growing community of Digital Champions to share ideas, learning and best practice in the use of Microsoft 365.
